3 min - wavelands on/off platforms
3 min - get on ledge fast from different positions

3 min - SH earliest FF, FC 22
3 min - FH earliest FF, FC 37
3 min - low as possible DJ aerials
6 min - SH bair DJ bair (alternate on hit and on whiff)
3 min - low as possible aerial -> crouch, FC 9
= 18 min
3 min - actions out of and into crouch
5 min - precise analog jump control
10 min - simulate mango aerial mixups
= 18 min
6 min - ledgedash -> action
2 min - alternate dan grab/JC grab/pivot grab(no JC)
6 min - nair rest/grab true combo, 10-30%
= 14 min
10 min - spikestun + double L canceling dair
10 min - sdi fox’s upthrow upair
15 min - upthrow platform techchase
15 min - shield DI falco shield pressure/OoS punishes
5 min - move around/under falco lasers (asap movement out of hitstun if hit)
5 min - crouch -> PS falco laser -> move out of shieldstun
5 min - rest Sheik dsmash OoS
5 min - rest peach dsmash OoS
5 min - rest fox upsmash OoS
5 min - sdi fox’s dair behind then grab him
5 min - kill nana
= 85 min
total = 153 min = 2.5 hrs

Can you clarify what you mean by "land -> dash back -> shield drop"? Also, what do you mean when you say fc and then a number? I've been trying to look it up and i can't find it. Thanks
